    Kwasea a disabled person should prove that they can drive read carefully what he has written and you will know he is not agaianst the disable person driving but the fact the law is not applied.

    Corruption has eaten the fibre of our economy,it is high time our leaders took drastic actions to curb it.We need to make it our responsibility to watch out for the wrong doers because in the end we suffer the most.
