Please educate yourself before you come ehre to spew nonsense. The EO Group was the one that brought Kosmos Energy which discovered the oil in Ghana. Mind you Exxon, Chevron and all the big oil companies had abandoned Ghana because their wells did run dry. Had Kosmos not found any oil, its $500 million would have been sunk cost and it won't have cost Ghana a penny. Also Kosmos' agreement with the EO Group would have been worthlless. You should thank your stars that the EO Group was able to persuade Kosmos to come to Ghana against all odds!! That agreement, fairly standard in the industry, had a one-time fee.

The rest of the world is leaving us behind, all Ghana need at this stage to attract investors is to:1 Have an independent judicial system free from political influence, 2 Effective and efficient road and transportation network, 3 Ensure constant electricity (solar power or wind turbine),4 find permanent solution to our water crises . With all this place, Ghana can be the prime location for most companies and businesses coming to Africa. Not forgetting the fact it has been the most country in sub region for the past years. Moreover, is a country endowed with mineral resources and lobour etc. Proximity and time wise from the West.
