There is a place where you can be sure that you would find a representative (MP) from every part of Ghana year round gathered together to deliberate on the future and the current state of this country. Where is that? Parliament house of course. If there is such a place then how should the place and the people there be treated in the scheme of things? What priority should such a house be given in the governance of the country? If there is such a place there what kind of people should we send there and how should we assess their performance?
Fellow country men in the load shedding exercise it is imperative that some key areas be left out. This should include where the three arms of government work and reside like Sakumono where MPs (representatives) reside and flag staff house, Osu Castle where the President works and resides. It should also include the premises of key government institutions like ministries. I am sure you would agree with me that an MP without electricity in his or her official residence can not have the peace of mind to think for the welfare of the country.

Yes we sure get what we vote for; filth, corruption, road accidents,
water shortage, erratic electricity
supply, armed robbery, fake colleges,
and many more that we all know. Ghana
is retrograding.

Unfortunately that is the truth, most Ghanaians are fanatical with their support for the two parties.Nobody is prepared to be with the loosing party.I pray for a day when we will not have a majority in parliament.

It appears the PPP Presidential candidate has realised that after breaking away from CPP to form his own party, he and his party are becoming irrelevant in contemporary Ghanaian politics. He is either in denial or refusing to believe that Ghana is becoming a two party state. Of course, Ghana is a multi-party democracy but the facts on the grounds are that NDC and NPP dominate politics both in and outside parliament. Can Nduom tell Ghanaians if his party has any MP in parliament? He should try and conduct a reality check and he will know that he is becoming irrelevant in Ghanaian politics unless he is offered a position by any of the two leading political parties as President Kufuor did.

The Cambridge clout is making you come out with some degree of pessimism that is even not found in unbalanced people. If you listen to yourself, you must realise that you are writing for the sake of it without using your head. Please think over this rubbish of ideas you have put out there. Do not be personal with any Ghanaian individual. Come on, come out with sensible and constructive criticism, please. We of the PPP do not insult our opponents. Please get better and not Bitter.Observers are worried.Nduom is not you co-equal.

The frustrated greedy man again! Ndoum, do yourself a bit of favour! We know you very well. You speak as though you are an angel. Have you finish eating the loots which you made during your time with the chief thief Kufour and his allies? Who were the men in Uniform you are talking about? At least, they saved us from thieves and looters like you. If you now shame, you would have gone into hidding after your disgraceful and abysamal perfomance. A CIA Agent like you! A tax evader like you!Stop disturbing our ears! As to who told you Ghanaians need your leadership, for which reasons you systematically destroyed the CPP, joined hands with the crimial npp and latter came back to pretend to form your own party, only heaven knows. You are a big selfish disgraceful man who have no value as far as politics in Ghana is concerned. Go hide somewhere! We are thinking of better things!

As much as I can't stand the current breed of politicians in the Npp and Ndc,I do not think his actions was justifiable.

Well, I think our man Dr. Ndoum has got it wrong here. The most powerful democacies e.g. USa, UK all have two major parties. PPP was believed to be the power broker but not near even a paper weight. The fact that Dr. Ndoum from a CPP camp to flirt with a diametrically opposite idealogy of the NPP has to me damaged his credibility beyond repairs. He should rather train his first son to take politics after him.
