the problem with this northern mentality is that thanks to jj they now all have an unquenchable thirst for power but never to serve in a team or accept their fellow countrymen . just look around in Accra and study the majority of the businesses owned by these northerners and in the majority of the medium and Small sized businesses you notice they only employ their fellow northerners and practically never employ an Akan . Today in Accra the largest religious building in the country will be the mosque being build on our national park at Nima donated by Turkey confirming the Islamic domination of Ghana. Tribalism mixed with chauvinism and despotism from the north has now equaled the hegemony of the ewes . A.C.C.R.A any criminal can roam about so we have them everywhere now . even at the scholarship secretariat hardly ever is an Akan awarded the privilege to go abroad and study now . The Akans are the majority but because most continue to sleep or blindly trust the other tribes these atrocities are taking place . We look at the political strategy of the NDC and see the typical Hannibal wench when he turned the strengths of the mighty Roman army against themselves as they are doing to the Akans . From the south they use part of the Fantis and from the North the Brongs , from behind we have the chariot onslaught of the Gas Ewes Krobos. Yes the political landscape reflects a war which is only meant to destroy the right of self governance of the God's chosen nation of Africa the Akan . For them its a big deal who leads the NPP but we really don't care as our movement grows stronger by the hour as more and more Akans wake up to reality of this dire situation . We did not ask for this war but we will fight it and be victorious as God is with us . Long live the Republic of Akan

Dela, I think the writer of this article has done a brilliant work. He has thrown the the concerns of the people back to us. A stakeholder can be the customer or any persons, body or organisation with interest in the PISCES system. The user is a stakeholder. I believe in 'if it is NOT broke, do NOT fix it'. The writer has put a very good argument across especially highlighting the equipment support, security and training benefits. The only drawback on this article is how long is the support for? It will be fantastic if the services offered are through-life. It is now up us to persuade His Excellency, the President with our views on this matter. Well done The Finder.

One thing is that governments are coerced into accepting services instead of production. Technological companies should help Ghana to rebuild GIHOC and bring Ghana to industrial production. I am an NDC member but I don't support these services which will finally land us at judgement debt. Please, Mr President don't allow yourself to be tricked into this. Thank you.

You are given a free Kawasaki bike including repairs, training and maintenance for free and you want to dish it and buy a Hyundai bike that comes with these astronomical costs in repairs and replacements when dumsor and unemployment etc. are squarely hunting you in the face. Should we put our phone registration data into an American system? What about data from NHIS,NIA,etc. Should we key them into the PISCES just because almighty America provided us with a door and keeps the key?

That is how Ghana operates. Has been for many years. CPP, NDC, PNDC and NPP all guilty of securing loans for projects and skimming off the top. That is why we are in the dilemma we are facing now. No one is bold enough to Stop this nonsense. No president is bold enough to stop this cancerous behavior, well entrenched within the DNA of Government officials. "Obiara didi" So not surprised that some government official wants this deal to go through so he or she can buy a house, buy influence, become wealthy and lord it over us. n the interim, we as a nation and as a people are being taken for a lengthy ride..... Stop this trend now or else, we will not move forward and achieve the lofty goals we all dream about for Ghana- No Galamsey, No Bribery and Corruption, Better Roads-less accidents, less deaths, More clinics and hospitals for less deaths, healthy nation, more schools etc.

Americans have a saying that goes "If it's not broken why fix it"? My reason of this quote is if the Americans are helping in the operations of PISCES why should the President and his people depart from the Americans and spend another huge sums of money for a similar project while the country needs money for other pressing projects? This shows inefficiency and corruptions. The President and some leaders of the NDC know how much "kick-backs" they will get out of this new project so they are bent not to listen to any counter advice. Ghanaians should take to the streets and do the Arab style Spring Protest to overthrow this Corrupt Mahama Administration before everything gets to a stand still in the country.
