Finally, one key promise the president made in his election campaign is going be manifested. The disbursement process should be well guarded to prevent the monies from leaking. Announcement should be made as soon as possible

This is a waste of tax payers money.I dought if the youth will get a pesewa out of this Ghc 10 million.SADA officials has misappropriate million of Ghana cedis and we were told that one of the business venture bird"nkonfem"has flew to Burkina Faso and has refuse to return to Ghana.Inventors who has working prototypes asking for help and Government refuse to aid them to extablish industries to create jobs to hired the unemploy graduate that has form associations.we will not be shock to hear that one Adu Asare will tell us that a fish in the sea has come to borrow the Ghc 10 million and because they are all the same they can't fine the fish so they going to do forensic examination and DNA to determine the exact fish that they lend the money to and more if the fish is still alive or has digested by a certian greedy bastard how has no symparty for the fish.I know for sure Adu Asare will follow SADA offiaials footsteps.Very soon we will demand all the name of the youth that benefit from GHc 10 million to publish because we don't trust this government.

This is another propaganda nonsense of a story to blind the fools. Where did Mr. Mahama get the money and doled it out to Adu Asare? Is it from his own pocket or from the country's kitty? If from the country's kitty, then Mr. Mahama in collaboration with other people are damned thieves who are siphoning money from the nation's coffers and ending it up somewhere.

Parliament need to investigate this as soon as possible without delay. It sounds as if the money is from his pocket. E&OE.
