The economic mess is self-inflicted by incompetence and mismanagement such as implementing the SSSS without working out how much it would cost the state and where the money would come from. Another is the failure of the government to resolve the energy shortage by prioritising the gas infrastructure development. Third is mismanagement, waste and corruption such as SADA, GYEEDA, Subah Infosolutions, and dubious judgement debt payments such as Woyome, Isofoton and others. Then, the government's inability put efficient tax revenue collection system in place so most of the tax collected ends up in private pockets.

What solutions by way of pill has the government taken to correct these measures? Was it the measures announced by Bank of Ghana or what? That was a bit of a joke and cannot address the economic mess. Without regular supply of energy for the productive sectors of the economy, the economic situation will get worse and not better. President Mahama and this Malor guy do not know what they are talking about.

Corruption is not abating,it is rather raising,law and order have broken down,crime is raising,infratrusture has broken down.Apart from corruption nothing seems to be working in Ghana under Mahama.Anything he touches turns into a catastrophe.We couldn`t even organize well to compete at the World Cup,something we have down successfully in the past.

A president who swore an oath to protect the country against all forms of aggression both foreign and domestic, violates with impunity that oath of office every day. Imagine a president causing a whole country to launder money to footballers and their handlers at the behest of the GFA chair, kwesi Nyantekyi. Imagine a president who is supposed to protect our national resources gives out state plane to his co-president, the Kumasihene, to fly in it at will and at the expense of the poor tax payer. Is this the bitter pill Ghanaians should swallow? Imagine the Chief of staff, Prosper Bani, and whether dorm /room mate of John Mahama at Legon, pulling all strings to stop on-going probe set up the substantive Minister of Energy, Boamah, over an the alleged "mahabulian" practice of renting office complex for NPA at $65,000.00 (not Cedis) per month and believed to have been signed off by the so-called former MD or as they say CEO of NPA, Alex Mould, to his relation or pal. When the government refuses to listen to the pleas of Nursing students in need of "soli" or student stipends. Imagine John Mahama refusing to pay Ghanaian doctors their fair salaries and stripes the country of hard earned cash from oil/cocoa to pay corrupt footballers and the GFA men who sold our matches for who knows what? Ben, you are singing to the choir and plus whistling to the grave yard, okay? I applaud you for the nice try.
