Sometimes democracy is a curse for the few to exploit the majority and in Ghana, this statement is very true. Parliament of Ghana is a problem and never the solution. The institution itself is a symbol of corruption. Let anyone dispute that. Members have gotten rich from ill-gotten wealth which is embedded in the committees in the house. That is where the corruption is. When legislation is debated and pending promulgation, bribery and corruption takes a center stage to dissuade members to tailor the law to please a segment of society or company. That is the issue.

HELPLESSNESS, HOPELESSNESS & FEELING OF DESPONDENCY HAS GRIPPED MANY IN GHANA TODAY.
GHANA HAS BEEN RAPED BY THESE NDC IDIOTS. WE DO NOT NEED ANY NATIONAL ECONOMIC FORUM, WE NEED A NATIONAL COURT OF JURISDICTION TO PUT MAHAMA AND HIS CABINET ON TRIAL. GHANA'S HOPELESS ECONOMIC SITUATION, TODAY, IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. NDC HAS OVER THE PAST 5 YEARS PRESIDED OVER THE BIGGEST RESOURCES IN OUR HISTORY INCLUDING CRUDE OIL & STEALTH TAXES. THEY HAVE ALSO CONTRACTED THE BIGGEST LOANS IN OUR HISTORY. IF THEY HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR THIS AND THE ECONOMY IS IN SHAMBLES, THEN,THEY MUST BE PROSECUTED. THEY MUST GIVE THE MONEYS BACK TO THE TREASURY. WE DO NOT NEED ANY ECONOMIC FORUM. SET UP A COURT IMMEDIATELY. IT HAPPENED IN THAILAND RECENTLY, PRIME MINISTER YINGLUCK SHINAWATRA WAS REMOVED BY THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT FOR ABUSING POWER. LOOK AT GHANA, EMBRAER PLANE SCANDAL, STX KOREA, US$20 BILLION NDC PARTY HQ., US$4 MILLION JUDGEMENT DEBT PAYMENT TO MRS. RAWLINGS, SUBAH, GYEEDA, WOYOMI, ISOFOTON, WATERVILLE, AFRICA AUTOMOBILE, CP, SADA, FORTIZ/MERCHANT BANK, AKONFEM AND A HOST OF OTHER DODGY JUDGEMENT DEBT PAYMENTS. BUYING VOTES WITH CASH, LAND CRUISERS & LAPTOPS JUST TO WIN ELECTIONS. WHY NDC?????? WHY??? OUR SUPREME COURT COULD NOT HELP BUT DESCRIBED IT AS "ALLIANCE TO CREATE, LOOT AND SHARE" WHAT A SHAME? ?? AND YOU CALLING GHANAIANS TO A WASTEFUL ECONOMIC FORUM. NDC, THE MONEY IS WITH YOU, GIVE IT BACK TO GHANA. NPP, I SALUTE YOUR COURAGE FOR NOT ATTENDING. NPP REMAIN SMART AND VIGILANT!!!!

My fellow men and women, you shall continue to suffer terribly, you shall forever queue (just like i did 20 yrs ago) at the USA and UK Embassy for visa. Ghanaians are plain stupid and very shallow minded. You stand back while the chinese people come to mine gold on your land and deplete the land of its natural resources,I swear it is only a matter of time before they start fucking your wives too. Your president can donate pampas to school girls but not books, hahahaha!! you guys are in trouble.Very soon you will have TB Joshua sodomizing you as well. You lack the ability to reason. Ghanaians have excuses for light off, water shortages and soon you will make excuses for prostituting yourselves. SHAME ON YOU GHANA.

A man was having problems with premature ejaculation so he decided to go to the doctor. He asked the doctor what he could do to cure his problem. The doctor said "When you feel you are ready to ejaculate try startling yourself." That same day the man went to the store and bought himself a starter pistol. All excited to try this suggestion he ran home to his wife. At home he foung his wife in bed naked and waiting. As the two began they found themselves in the 69 postion. The man moments later felt the sudden urge to ejaculate and fired off the starter pistol. The next day the man went back to the doctor. The doctor asked "How did it go?" The man answered "Not that well. When i fired the pistol my wife shit in my face, bit my penis, and my neighbor came out of the closet with his hands in the air."

this bill will never be implemented, we have policies and regulations and yet the government fly over $4.6 million in cash to brazil where lies our sense of direction, and now we have anti corruption bill which will never yield any results, I think we are a country with no sense of direction from our leaders who themselves are so corrupt, how can ministers of state, MPS, CEOS, form companies using thier friends and be bid for government contracts?? double standards and this is not investigated, shameful practices. Ghana will never see progress as long as we have politicians such the ones we have in Ghana from both parties. Individuals must try and stand as independent candidates and kick out the criminals who parade themselves as politicians under the two present parties.

Parliament can pass thousands of anti-corruption legislations they want, if the top officials in Ghana are not punished it will never end. You see there is an old Ghanaian saying that "nea odi akyire sua nea odikan nante3." Translated "those who follow always immitate the behavior of the their leaders." I have never seen any politician standing trial for corruption in Ghana safe 1979 when the God of Ghana (Jerry John Rawlings) executed some people he claims were corrupt. If parliament is concerned about corruption in the country, house cleaning must start from them. Here are a few measures that can be adapted before anyone can run for office in Ghana:
1. Declaration of assests (must be verifiable),
2. Declare your current and past income through uncle Sam (IRS).
3. All Parties must include strong language on corruption punishable at least not less than 30 years in prison with confiscation of all assests acquired through the said act of corruption including everything that has been placed safely in the names of third persons.
4. To reduce corruption there has to more education; it must be added to the curricular of all schools around the nation starting from prep schools and must mandatory.
Employees and citizens must be awarded huge sums of money "if they report a crime of corruption leading to prosecution and punishement. United States and other developed nation are not crime free but they have reduced crime due to strong laws and patriotism.
We must educate the citzens on civics and patriotism and must put country first before anything. If we continue this path, we shal see a very devastating civil war that will destroy our beloved country. If we look at the prolifiration of weapons, thievery, armed robbery, it is safe to say that we are just at edge amagedon in a peaceful nation like Ghana. I am not predicting civil war but there are signs that warns us of such.
One must look at the juvinile delinquencies and the crime involved. Our socio-economic system is totally broken down to point where you have governement tell its citizens "y3n tie obiaa". Ghana is becoming the first nation to supply its female citizens with sanitary pad, forgetting that sanitary pads are not one size fits all item. Thos propergaing for this free pads have also forgotten that the chemical makeup of the pads will not be appropriate for all the girls/women the intend to help.
