    Of course the government is very insensitive to the needs of the poor. How can you donate free trucks to chiefs but can't come up with funds to pay labors?

    And how can they fund a whopping $20 million for their headquarters when some labors are without paychecks for more than 7 months? Makes you want to shake your head in disbelief.
