  Kudos ! honorable. by the grace of God it shall be done. Preference must however be given to the Local Investors.

  Just how many DECADES will it take for this Accra-Kumasi road ?? I have been hearing of this since sec School days(50s) and now that I'm on pension, the topic IS STILL THERE !!! Eiiii, Ghana!!

  Borrow and chop! Leave the roads to themselves!In MANY CIVILISED societies,the heads of Sections in such a scandal would have LOST their HEADS from the joint to their Necks already.!! STUPID ghanaians will give it to God and SUFFER during their lives!! Foolish people.

  Does Ghana need Rashid Pelpuo at the flagstaff house at all? He is not needed in any way; he should just pack and run away from the flagstaff house quickly.

THERE ARE INHERENT DANGERS AND PROBLEMS WITH THE CONCEPT AND IF ONE IS NOT CAREFUL WITH THE CLAUSES IN THE CONTRACT, ONE WILL LIVE TO REGRET FOR A LONG TIME. IF YOU ENTER INTO THIS PPP YOU MUST BE ON YOUR TOES TO WATCH ALL THE WAY WHAT YOUR PARTNER IS DOING OR NOT DOING AS THE INFRASTRUCTURE IS BEING EXECUTED. NO INFRASTRUCTURE IMPLEMENTATION IS PERFECT AND THERE LIES THE DANGER. IF THE CONTRACTOR WANTS TO CUT CORNERS AND BUILTS A PROJECT WITH DEFICIENCIES. HOW ABOUT INFLATING COST, WHO IS TO PAY FOR IMPERFECTIONS OF THE PROJECT WHEN IT IS FINISHED AND SO ON? MY BREAD AND BUTTER IS IN PROJECTS AND I MEAN PHYSICALLY. I KNOW HOW MANIPULATION OF COSTS AND PRODUCING INFERIOR MATERIALS AND CONSTRUCTION CAN EAT INTO THE CLIENTS POCKET FOR A LONG TIME IF HE/SHE DOES NOT READ BETWEEN THE LINES OF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTATION BEFORE SIGNING ON THE DOTTED LINE.
