    Everyday agreements are reached for something, but nothing comes out of them. Stop lying. We need to get this useless bunch out, really go for the jugular by prosecuting the culpable ones without fear or favour

    These vehicles are not stationary in a town. They move from from town to town in places where there are no telecom masts or wi-fi transmitters. Unless they use mobile satellite technology which even some aircraft don't have, ...
