The basis of this research is not coherent. First of all the variables are forcibly related which makes their coherency difficult to comprehend. It needs being looked at from an interdisciplinary perspective and many other issues need to be considered. It is too broadly generalized. There is also inconsistencies in their findings. The findings should be subjected to practical, economic, ecological, cultural and scientific verification. This study is too weak to support any policy formulation. especially in most African countries where child labour is prevalent and yet the study does not adequately identify the causes of these. The finding is skewed.
