The ministry needs prefab modular components which can be assembled in less than a day. Nobody knows where ebola could surface. So there is no need to put up new structures everywhere in Ghana. With limited resources the modular construction is the best bet. The question is what should that be? Beds, toilet, decontaminating areas for healthcare workers etc.

Truly amazing that nothing is in place yet to deal with Ebola popping up somewhere in the country. Are we taking this threat seriously at all, or waiting and get into a state of panic as we always do if there is an outbreak.
