It is inhuman to delay the process unduly for the benefactor to loose hope in it when the money has been earned. If it had been 'CREATE, LOOT AND SHARE' the processing will not take a week to complete.If you care you may ask Mr. WOYOME and BETTY. Pay them what is due them.
