  Firstly, the NDC file a complaint with CHRAG, Secondly, they file a complaint with the Securities & Energy Commission in the U.S.A. and before receiving the outcome of these 2 investigations they now want the Finance Minister to answer questions before Parliament. Now that the 2 investigations are taking place I am sure that the Finance Minister, will use this fact to evade answering direct questions. If the NDC were confident that they had a strong case against the Finance Minister, they should exercise patience & await the outcomes of investigations that they have requested. Personally, I do not believe that they have a valid case and the Finance Minister, is now in the process of floating another Bond even before the investigations have been completed.

If l were Ofori Atta, l will not honor the investigations because the case is still pending at CHRAJ. Let them withdraw the cases from CHRAJ and UN before you honor their stupid invitation.
