By committing adultery, Gloria Appiah destroyed the basis of the marriage that entitled her to share in the estates of Odartey-Lamptey, her husband. He who seeks justice must come with equity, that's about what the law says, I hope I got it right. Gloria has lost the right to partake in the estates of the former husband because she undermined the trust that everyone expects to exist between married couple. Granting the relief she sought would have amounted to the Judge endorsing Gloria 'stealing' twice from Odartey-Lamptey.

Ordartey shouldn't take any responsibility of any of the 3 kids because he now has his own biological children that he is taking care of. If the wicked woman cannot trace their father(s) or cannot take care of them, she should send them to children home. Odartey is not an impotent. I have really learned a lesson from this story paaa. I am in US and am planning to go and marry in Ghana and bring the lady here later but this case has scared me. I pray that God should never let me marry such wicked and evil women.
