  Yooo. They shd do n free them agn. This one journalists cnt report wht happened. Definately that's the reason they were sacked.

  This is unacceptable from a learned friend.
  Then let the judge explain to Ghanaians
  why it is called the republic vs the Accuse ? and why do we refer to it as public hearing ?

  why it is called the republic vs the Accuse ? and why do we refer to it as public hearing ?
  he could say that at his chambers but not in an open court of law
  or you could advise the media on premature reporting but to ask them to leave the court , are they not Ghanaians too ? who deserve to follow the case ?
  if it is his own case , then better do the trial at your home or chambers .
