    That is bullshit. They need to go learn a trade. It will be a disservice if getting a driving license can be a contract job for someone on the street.

    If this is coming from the DVLA then God help us. Whoever came up with this idea should be shown the exit enough of this nonsense and apparent race to the bottom.
