  i want to believe this is not a new development happening in BOST and that all officials involved in this transaction should be prosecuted and still made to payback the monies that the state has lost.
  
  you what us to believe that TOR doesnt have the capacity to blend the SLOP to make it profitable for us(Ghanaians)?
