  IGP. Can you convert some of the junior police officers especially the young ones who couldn't make it to the commission but through the junior ranks and have completed their University degree to opt to become commissioned officers to jou the newly pending intakes. This will help the system. Think about it IGP. There are some seasoned ones in kaforidua who are her brilliant and just :-O played their bachelor degrees.

  Countless of first degree holders with vast experience but for some reasons they were not privileged to be granted study leave. These officers are also Ghanaians who deserves better.

  Ghana is a country that turns things upside down in any important thing. Police men and women should be people with intelligence and high IQ so graduates should have been considered more than those who cannot read and write.
