And the so called pastors and wise men with big degrees and big titles keep mute. This country is really sick including all the leaders and chiefs not forgetting the army, judiciary, lawyers, journalists and the academia.

  Madam EC be weary about their presence and only limit them to the finance department.
  Your records room should be shut without access.
  Deactivate all web related network as they plan to hijack your system to operate it from afar.
  Rearrange all offices after the investigation is completed.
  Reshuffle staff and reorganize your internal structure after their visits until they are done.
  Store all destruction prone data outside of the office and securely and recoverbor revert to how it was before their visit.
  Reading the finance director's letter in response to your instruction to proceed on leave, it was clear it is a planned investigation and he knows about what the EOCO is doing but playing victim. NPP crafted the letter to achieve their ultimate goal at the EC office.

  I am wondering if the EOCO is not acting outside its authority.If the position of the deputy EC is equivalent to a high court judge in conditions and terms then the only person with authority to ask for the suspension of the deputy ec is the chief justice.Anything other than that will be ultra vires.
  
  An ultra vires means act which is beyond the purposes or powers of an institution or government body under the terms which defines it. The legal view for such exhibition of reckless power is that such acts were void.I suspect there may be a legal challenge just to call the bluff of the eoco.
