  I wondered why they expect YEA beneficiary to be at post when they don't even know their status. I will encourage the staff of YEA to publish the names of those that they have deleted from payroll

This tells you that it is their plan to delay payment so that beneficiaries will be fed up for them to be declared ghost. If it hasn't been the demonstration we wouldn't have head anything.whether the collation is registered or not we will demonstrate to press our demand. They can only stop the demonstration if they pay the allowances n the arrears.
