  Technology in offices alone to will not solve the African problems. Technology is not a fashion. It is the requirement for the efficient mass production to meet increase needs in a fast growing world. Our vast land around us is still fallow but governments are buying luxury cars in the name of technology. What can peasant farmers do with how and cutlasses this time round?

  Sometimes I really wonder if Nana Akufo-Addo does have what it takes to be a public administrator of a pig farm? Since assuming the presidency Akufo-Addo continues to give speeches yet there has not been a bold, transformational and sustainable national policy paper come out from his office or the NPP party except having Ken Ofori-Atta and Bawumia go around the globe selling what is left of Ghana to secure loans or renegotiating Mahama era loans to take a cut for the NPP based ongoing interest rates that are less now than where they stood some 8 years ago, or have the ugliest son of a bitch Osarfo Maafo issues divisive directives from the seat of government that mistreat other Ghanaians of political beliefs other than a failed NPP ideology.
  If Akufo-Addo believed in the power of ICT he would have known what is lacking in Ghana, from infrastructure throughput delivery and use to lack of a national government system that is at the root of corruption from his own office to other civil service offices. Can Akufo-Addo tell Ghanaians if his office does have an electronic capture of every transaction that takes place on behalf of the country? If a presidential staffer can sit on a radio station in Ghana and make a claim that the EC chair is a card carrying member of the NDC he must have had an official discussion even f but with others in the office. Such a discussion must have an electronic paper trail/file with an archiving and retrieval backbone. So you see Nana Akufo-Addo, Bawumia, Ofori-Atta, the ugliest son of a bitch Osarfo Maafo and others should stop all the speeches that are being used to round up the NPP herds and do something substantive for a change. Nkrumah has the KNUST, Akosombo, Accra-Tema motorway and others that has been with us for over 50+ years. Show the blind in Ghana, including me, what you have; your speeches fooled the majority ignorant Ghanaians to put you in office but talk will not do from here but worthy actions will.

  I disagree with the President. The quality human resource is the pivot around which other developmental factors turn. ICT is secondary to human resource for a successful development.
