I always find it disgusting when people call the age of present and former Ghanaian footballers into question. The problem is the GFA. Please leave the footballers alone. Remember that a lot of the past footballers who played for the under 17 came from poor backgrounds hence their passports were issued with the assistance of the GFA. If we feel someone has lied about his age we have to blame the GFA.
I remember Laryea Kingston's age was questioned and he said the same thing.
After all if he even cheated about his age have you not cheated before?

I remember this guy. How come you did not translate your U17 success to the senior level. I suspect u are also part of the age-cheat generation.

Please check your defence when you move up. Defenders should defend their goal post area to avoid more goals. Better luck next time.

I don't really see the fairness in comparing the resources of Ghana to Nigeria. Divide the size of Nigeria into 10, and may be that should be the geographical size of Ghana. Nigeria is a federal land that has over 500 ethnic groups.
Research facts show that, Nigeria is approximately one-half the size of Alaska, but significantly larger than Texas, the second largest state of USA.
Population is about 160 million to about 26 million of Ghana.
However, Nigeria soccer fans have never felt comfortable losing to their smaller rival country. And don't ask me why?
It gave me a big sour taste, when I heard our Starlets team conceded 6 goals to 1 by the Golden Eagles (Nigeria Under 17 youth soccer team). The heaviest defeat after the Bochum disaster, an almost equal humiliation of the Black Stars, in Germany some years back. Half a dozen goals within 90 minutes are bit scratcher on my head.
I am compelled, to make these analyses, because that’s the same thing the Nigerians spend time doing, each time Ghana beats them in completions, especially in football.
Now with these boys who would in the nearest future replace, the older members of the Black Stars, I see nothing, but psychological sensation that would hunt them to their graves. I know that, all the soccer news outlets reported that the Golden Eagles played far better and more purposeful game, than their Ghanaian counterparts.
I mean it’s time for a serious reality check about our soccer landscapes

This guys seem true under 17. Am proud of the FA for doing the right thing. We might lose now but it will definately pay off when they get into their 20s

Hawa, you must be very funny and living in the past. You have Nigeria's number and your female team can beat the eagles? How come your Team has never won any trophy since 32 years ago? Also, in 1994 we won afcon for our country and west africa . The same team your female team can defeat(ie the super eagles) won afcon again in 2013. Meanwhile, your black stars have not won anything since 32 years ago and may not win anything in the next 20 years. Since abedi pele retired, the black stars have been a failure. so respect Nigeria and shut up.

Who told you, Hawa, that you will get to the final? This was how one local chief in ghana said he wanted Ghana to get to the final and meet nigeria at AFCON, so that Ghana could teach Nigeria some 'football lesson". This was at time Nigeria had qualified for the final and Ghana was yet to play its semi-final match. Of course, Burkina Faso bundled Ghana out. Nigeria eventually won the Cup. You Ghanaians should learn how to respect other Nations.
