    The two nations did meet before in U 17. New Zealand 99 with the likes of Ishmael Addo, Michael Osei, Stephen Tetteh, Maxwell Owusu Banahene and co. Ghana beat the in the 3rd place match.

    Please check your records before you make any false statements. Ghana did beat USA in New Zealand 1999 FIFA U17 in the 3rd place match, which was prior to 2006.
