So, Nyantekyi needs to fully assess what has transpired and point us in the right direction. The Germans beat everyone except us and they are the world champions. So the heart of every Ghanaian is bleeding for what could have been if we had Coach Milovan Rajevac at this world-cup.
Presently, we as a nation, are paying
for Mr. Nyantekyi's failure to provide a coach who can manage affairs on and off the field with enough gravitas to hold these pampered Ghana international players in a patriotic mindset.
If the central role of the GFA is to run the local league and manage the national team, then why are we dealing with insubordinate players and an entire president coming out to give assurances to players before a game at the World Cup.
Did Rawlings, Kuffour or Mills(RIP) deal with any such "crap" during their tenures.
Who the hell are we kidding?
If Mr. Nyantekyi has any brains left, he would do everything in his power to bring Mr. Milovan Rajevac back to the national team as Coach.
Kwesi Appiah is a good coach but he is inconsistent and lacks fore-sight. His record with the Black Stars prove it. If you do not think so, then explain to yourself why he had to bring in Jordan Ayew and take-out KPB because the Germans took-out Jerome. Also, when we were ahead by two goals to one, the Germans brought-in Schweingsteiger and Klose to help them score. But, Appiah brought-in Agyeman-Badu and Wakaso, which showed that he was not willing to protect our lead by bringing on two additional defenders to shift our posture to a 2-4-4 formation with two additional defenders in the midst to protect our lead. Instead he was planning to beat the Germans by more goals and the changes he made proves his mind set. So, we were lucky to get the 2-2 draw in that game because the German forwards got stronger towards the end and got their equalizer.
Again, when we played the USA, Coach Appiah did not have a plan to salvage a draw game when the score was tied at 1-1 in the 83rd minute, instead the players were still trying to win it and any fool could see that luck was not on our side if it had taken us more than 80 minutes to find an equalizer.
So he should be kept as an assistant to Milovan Rajevac. Keep all the players if you want, they will not be revolting under him and Muntari can suck his thumb and shut-up. Rajevac can keep them in check.
Ghana needs a coach who is grounded enough to perceive our areas of weakness and protect us but also strong enough to capitalize on our obvious potential for greatness.
So, Mr. Nyantekyi, I do not know how long the president is willing to let you keep hurting the nation with your cheap solutions.

The lesson hear for Mr. GFA is that we went to Fifa World-Cup 2006, lost to Brazil in the round of 16. Coach Ratomir Djukovic Salary $45000.00 Per. Month.
Then, we went to Fifa World-Cup 2010, lost to Uruguay in the quarter-finals. Coach Milovan Rajevac Salary $60,000.00 Per. Month.
Then, we went to Fifa World-Cup 2014, Did not get out of the group stage. Coach Kwesi Appiah Salary $20,000.00 Per. Month.
Lesson: You cannot climb a mountain with cheap equipment. Good football cost a lot of money. So stop being cheap and hire Milovan Rajevac again.

I will say it again Appiah is a good coach, He does not rise to the level of a seasoned world-cup coach because he does not hold court in those circles yet. He under-performs then he over-compensates that is his cycle and the reverse is also true, he over performs then he goes through decompensation. We lost to Zambia in Lusaka but we beat them in Kumasi. We beat Egypt in Kumasi but we lost to them in Cairo. It takes a lot to be a consistent coach it requires fore-sight.
Forget DeSailly(Odenkey), he will never coach Ghana because the GFA cannot pay him. Moreover, he was good as a player and there is no guarantee that his goodness as a player will translate into his coaching assuming the job is offered to him.
The national team is not a trainning ground for coaches. Appiah got the job by default or extension because when Milo's contract was not improved after South Africa 2010 he left.
DeSailly, should first coach a french team to win their league before he can be considered. We are all impressed by his personal accomplishments but we need to see him do something as a coach.
As the FIFA rules stand Nyantekyi remains tenured until the 2015 congress, this means Pres. Mahama can not even force him out.
So, Nyantekyi needs to bring some direction to diffuse the current situation. Bringing Milo back is the best solution now. The GFA will not give Silas Tetteh a chance to coach the Black Stars.

The hotel there were going to lodge their catering etc. Members of the magement team including the Trainer fiew to Brazil to inspect everthing and where changes has to be made it was than before the team got there.That is why they have olayed to the finals.
Let us all accept that if our players were treated proffessionally they would have done very well because we had the potentials to do it.
There is no smoke without fire because in my opinion if they were treated right there wouldn't have been any fights.How can the players sitting in the economy class and K. Was it necessary for the so many GFA and Ministry officials trailing the team from Ghana to Holland via Miami to Brazil? It was a stupid idea emanating where ever it came from!
Plus, these officials behaved as if they were rather the players being taken care of; first class tickets with families, 5 star hotel... and what do you expect from the players if they were not well treated as we are told?
Plus, the stupid coach gambled on player selection.
How could he have sat KPB, Essien on the bench for such a crucial grudge opening match against the USA?
When the USA had prepared for almost a year to avenge the painful defeat inflicted on them, Kwasi Appiah displayed gross stupidity in his line up for that match. He underrated them.
The difference was immediately known when KPB and Essien were introduced in the second half.
All commentators questioned the rationale for omitting KPB and Essien.
If you hated these players, the coach needed to be very professional.
I still believe the Blackstar is a strong team but poor management and bankrupt technical bench led to our early exit.
And they are still maintaining the stupid coach? God save us!

If Kenpong has a group of companies he chairs and speaks and reasons like this, then I am convinced that common sense has indeed eluded most Ghanaian including the elite. This is a quote from Kenpong in this article:

Businessmen/women who expect to be paid for their labour don't speak like this. Playing for the national team has nothing to do with altruism, especially when the government receives a large chunk of money from FIFA for participation.
The other was attributed to Kenpong, the highly decorated Ghanaian businessman:

What is Kenpong saying here; is he saying when we pay the players, we do not handle the money with care, or we lose the money when we pay the players. This is strictly street talk; lacking basic common sense, and it is coming from no other than an astute Ghanaian businessman who chairs a group of companies. Tweaaaaa, the mind is a terrible thing to waste.

Majority of the so called football administrators who were assembled by the new sports minister to deliberate on sports development in Ghana are envious of GFA president's position. They are all retired football administrators with criminal credentials wearing NDC political masks hoping to reap where they've not sowed.
Harry Zarkour and Ade Coker and all those who went to the forum trying to torpedo kwasi Nyantakyi should come out with their achievements and juxtapose against what Kwesi has achieved for ghana football since
becoming GFA president.
The Black Stars failed because of too much political interference in the run up to the World Cup, when the NDC government appointed so many committees with incompetent NDC appointees for the sole purpose of amassing wealth to pay cash into NDC coffers for the 2016 elections. Black Stars management team was wholly NDC criminals whose credentials in corruption is legendary.
As for Harry Zarkour, I don't know why he thinks that Ghanaians want him to be the FA president. This man at all, is he a Lebanese or a Fulani man? He must give us a break.
As for Ade Coker, we beg him, he must not try at all. As NDC reional Chairman, he can go on with his cocaine business without fear of arrest by the police. But to bring this business to tarnish the image of the FA would be Haram and unacceptable.
We need people with impeccable credentials to steer the affairs of the FA, and to move Ghana football to a dizzy height, and not to bring the name of the FA into disrepute.
