Until we start with providing public toilets for the the general public in Axim they will defecating along the beaches. My suggestions would be provide them with these basic amenities, and then a community centre with Library ... read full comment
Until we start with providing public toilets for the the general public in Axim they will defecating along the beaches. My suggestions would be provide them with these basic amenities, and then a community centre with Library before going ahead with your plans for tourist development. No tourist will like to visit any sea side town with no promenade because they will see the local defecating on the beaches as they do at Prampram, Ningo and other sea side areas.
