    the land belongs to who? Besides I support the fact that govt. has to redemarcate and build the structures for sanity to prevail....katamanto is a hellhole with no blue print..

    there should be guidlines, restrictions, time frame and the stores should meet certain safteytrequirements. Ho who doesn't meet such requirements should have the space taken over. Simple as that.

    I THINK THE GOV'T CANNOT BUILD THIS MARKET AGAIN. IT WILL TAKE YEARS TO COMPLETE. TYPICAL EXAMPLE IS THAT OF KROFOROM-KUMASI MARKET. IT HAS TAKEN THE SAME GOV'T ALMOST 5YEARS AND IT IS IN THE STATE OF COLLAPSING-
