She was put before an Accra Circuit Court presided over by Francis Obiri, on a charge of abetment of crime. The case was however dismissed after the prosecution, led by Rexford Wiredu, asked it (the court) to do so and she was discharged unconditionally.

I think that the officer had not been treated fairly at all by the Police Administration. Now my question is who did she abet and who was keeping custody of the exhibit (cocaine stuff). Though, she was alleged to have had serveral interaction with the suspect if the officer who was in possession of the exhibit had done his work well this woman could not have done anything to change the verdit of the case.Idealy the officer who was in possession of the cocaine stuff should have been hauled to court before abitment 'charge' would have hold water. But for strange reasons that officer is being protected by the Police,why.
