My take on this is that the authorities failed to educate the fishing communities before implementing the laws. I agree with the law that prohibits fishermen from using all sorts illegal means to catch fish is a good law.

I know this village and it's environs very well. Just making an announcement and passing a law will not stop them. Proper education and memorandum of understanding should have been established first.

Ocran give a better report n don't twist the information based on diabolic cognitive. The ministry must know better. How should a civilian be asked by Hon. Afoley to attack his own civilian. There will never be peaceful coexistence between people of Ada and Prampram because of this. Find alternative for these people or better organise seminars for them in other to give proper education than what is happening currently. I hope his excellency n vice are watching
