This thrombolytic treatment for stroke has been going on in the advanced countries for years but it has now been introduced at KATH . Why does Ghana send their medical personnel overseas to acquire advanced medical knowledge and innovation but cannot implement same upon returning to their home country.

The health sector must educate the public about basic health information to help them have some lay man knowledge about some of these diseases.
