    We are a currupt society and currupt society can never build a nation. This situation doesn't make sense and can only happen in Black Africa where leaders have no empathy for the sick and the poor.

    Perhaps the harbor belongs to a private individual. I doubt if Ghana as a nation has her own port. It will be tag of war for that individual to let that bonanza go at the expense of his windfall
