and when Prof. Dei says Ghanaians are lazy he receives insults. What is the reason for this delay? Irrespective, we must make use of our BRAINS. If it is on the importer on another agency, have plan B's in place to get the medication out for it's intended purposes. We are too one-way with little or no innovative plans to address challenges. Leadership without skillset to tackle foreseen and unforeseen circumstances is what we lack !
