  I have always heard from the NDC communicators : we have provided CHPS here and there and the impression created is like every town and village has this and operational. I am totally surprised to have read this article from no less a person than the National Coordinator of the programme on the sorry state of affairs.
  I believe the NDC must stop this kind of PROPAGANDA OH GHANA DID WE COME OR GO. !!!!!'m
