Avocado, Pineapple,Pawpaw and lime are just a few of the fruits that will keep such illnesses away for good. We have to make it a habit of having one of these everyday.

Pineapple is a nice and nutritious fruit but of all the fruit, the most awkward to prepare before you can eat it!!
