Why waste time to clean a gutter that will be filled again with rubbish, are they now trying to teach people their personal hygiene? Why not implement a robust and sustainable recycle/inceneration programs to tackle this kind of problems once and for all. How can we move forward as a nation when all our visions are short term/politicized. Let me ask, are all the so-called leader failing to think now forward now or is it a 4 year plan for everyone?

Each of these words, based on a Latin word for "health," means "unhealthy," "likely to cause disease." Although unsanitary is heard more often than insanitary, the latter is the preferred listing in five leading dictionaries. If conditions are so unclean, filthy, or contaminated as to be a threat to health, they may be called unsanitary or insanitary, as one chooses.

TBJ church building collapse exposes the black brain - wickedness and greed.
Over 80 South African (likely all black) among the 115 dead in Nigeria. Buffoon black South Africans took over money and power from the expeditious whites, drove past severely impoverished blacks and flew away to Nigeria to deliver their South African-made lotto a Nigerian conman. This TB man managed to get more South African into his stupid program than Nigerians bcos knows the SAs got the Rands, whereas the Nijjas got only Kobos.
Lord almighty, the Black conman "prophet" is leading the Blackman to destroy Africa!!

Omg, I'll be so afraid to buy food from the streets or even restaurants in Ghana. Such a filthy disgusting country.

that's a wonderful and educative piece my brother. I think the government can do better than sharing litters around. Another clear case of "let it happen" " we will remedy it"
