ARE THEY AWARE THAT THE LONG HELD CLASSICAL VIEW OF CHOLESTEROL AND ITS EFFECTS ON CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE HAS BEEN DISCARDED BY THE AMERICAN FDA? THERE ARE HEALTHY SATURATED FATS THAT CAN BE USED, SUCH AS COCONUT OIL. THE REAL PROBLEM IS TOO MUCH CARBOHYDRATE. COCONUT OIL HAS MEDIUM CHAIN FATS THAT GET BURNT DIRECTLY AND DO NOT CONTRIBUTE TO HIGH CHOLESTEROL.
