He doesn't realise that there will be no NDC or NPP government. He is not in the picture at all, according to the calculations of Ghanaians. President Mahama, the rot was bad under the NDC too. So bad that it was one of the issues the late Dr. Prosper Tsikata came from the US to stage a One Man March to Parliament against. I edited his petitions and re-published the one on the scholarships when the brouhaha broke up last year again with a forward to it. Using GET Fund for such scholarships abroad must be STOPPED AT ONCE. The main purpose of GETFund was to build school infrastructure, not scholarships abroad. There are still schools under trees, dilapidated and overcrowded classrooms. Tackling them must be priority.
