Well said especially the last paragraph to prepare the masses on how to deal with the outcome. I can state that these proceedings should bring out the following recommendations irrespecive of the outcome.
1. that a president should not be inaugurated if a case disputing an election is brought by another party.
2. The sitting president to continue till the case is resolved. This has affected the sitting president.
3. The constitution should be changed to accompany this proviso.
4. The constition should also be changed to accomodate a situation where, votes are annulled and as a result no one wins, there should be a run-off election between the top two candidates.

I don't know why these NDC thugs do things the way they do. There's more excitement to follow. Not quite long ago, I posted right here that the NPP has info that was provided them by ex-NDC scouts who'd crossed carpet, on the kind of dirty tricks that they used in rigging elections. Strangely, my posting has been removed by Ghanaweb, probably upon request by some NDC big guns. Well, that doesn't bother me at all, because the truth shall remain so. The truth always hurts! And also, observers, as everyone knows, are worried when the truth is revealed!
Ex-NDC supporters like Maame Dorkono, Francess Essiam & Co., are now strong supporters or members of the NPP.
The drama has just began; Ghanaians should brace themselves for some exciting things to follow. Right now, the NDC is trying to fool themselves by making false statements in the media. They're saying their lawyer Tony Lithur grilled Dr. Bawumia and made him look like someone in a tight corner. I disagree! Dr. Bawumia was cool and collected! He was calm and all smiles during the entire 5-hr-long cross-examination.
Tony Lithur tried to challenge Dr. Bawumia's pink sheet tabulations, citing multiple usage to arrive at the final analysis. But the astute Doctor and statistician refuted all that bogus allegations, to the point that Justice Atuguba had to cut in by asking Tony Lithur what he was trying to by repeatedly asking those silly questions? Dr. Bawumia's point had been that in no cercumstance was the pink sheets figures were used twice; it was only used once and that's all!
What I see here is that the NDC is trying to recall the over 11,000 of the evidence "one-by-one" just by way of dragging the case. By doing so, it could take 6-8 months before they could finish with just one part of their cross-examination.
Let's see how the Noble Justices are going to allow that to continue. They have the power; nobody can tell them what to do. But from observations so far, our Supreme Court Justices have shown great character and have been spot on, in terms of the conduct of this hearing.
May God bless our Homeland, Ghana. And may He grant our Justices great wisdom and courage do allow our Ghana climb to higher heights, in our quest to achieve the greatness. Amen!
