There is a place where you can be sure that you would find a representative (MP) from every part of Ghana year round gathered together to deliberate on the future and the current state of this country. Where is that? Parliament house of course. If there is such a place then how should the place and the people there be treated in the scheme of things? What priority should such a house be given in the governance of the country? If there is such a place then what kind of people should we send there and how should we assess their performance?
After winning an election a newly elected Parliamentarian must leave his constituency and come to Accra the National capital to represent his constituency while at the same time providing feedback to his constituents. Parliament must also provide a readily available renovated residence at Sakumono to a newly elected parliamentarian. Accommodation in Accra is expensive and not every newly elected parliamentarian will have the money to rent a home in the national capital as the MP may have exhausted his or her funds running for office.
In the load shedding exercise it is imperative that some key areas be left out. This should include where the three arms of government work and reside like Sakumono where MPs (representatives) reside and flag staff house and osu castle where the President works and resides. Where the chief justice works and resides should also be included. It should also include the premises of key government institutions like ministries. We need to quadruple our electricity production within the next four years but not through foreign investors.

...So, the people around the president including his wife and those Team “B” staffers were aware of the president failing health. Therefore, who were they kidding when they ruin insults on whoever questions the former president health?
As much as I hate to admit Rawlings was right with his statement. If they have had listen to those who were concern with the president health, he might be alive today.

IT IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF GHANA TO HAVE SUCH A LAW ON ITS CONSTITUTION. WE HAVE HEARD ENOUGH ABOUT CORRUPTION IN GHANA AND SUCH A LAW WILL BRING SANITY IN GOVERNANCE MORE TRANSPARENT.
