Akwasi Appiah attitude towards you after you were dropped, by just saying sorry and also not looking up to you in the eye shows his lack of managerial skills.
A leader is there to give moral support to his team but if you cannot step out to the plate and talk to your team, you ain't a leader and I bet our coach is not ready for the stars job.
No matter what training you will give to the coach, there are certain things our leaders will take to heart and abuse it but our other brothers will easily ignore and work for the cause on which they were hired.
I had supported Akwasi Appiah just also helped our black brothers to make a name out there and win foreign offers, apparently their attitudes towards stupid things like disrespect but also cannot confront world class players to behave in camp made me change my mind like changing my underwear.
