Whatever comes out of even 4 months marriage belong to the couple. If one person is not happy how things happened and the marriage ends, everything acquired belong the the two.
Am not in support of what she did. Don't also jump into conclusion about Skanska and marriage. This is everywhere. If we are to conduct first born kids DNA, we would have only few families without this situation in every tribe in current Ghana.

I think if all the children have is him as a father he has a moral responsibility to continue to be there for them. They should not be punished for what their mother did. In which case because of the children the woman should have been allowed to have the house.
