Corruption in Ghana is just too much and too rampant...is it because of poverty or what? Why sell land to so many people at the same time? Why was this case not taken to court to decide the rightful owner? And from what I have read this case has been long standing, why have the courts allowed it to reach such a long stage? I blame the courts too....taking to long to decide on a very simple matter. There should be "land courts" instituted then to see to such issues if the main courts are just too busy or too corrupt to see swift justice carried out on such issues, Land registration department is now a centre for cash and carry. This department falsely registers lands for people even though they know such a land has already been registered in someone else's name- this is the order of the day in department for Land registry. My sympathy goes for the family of this poor fellow who has been murdered for no reason. The ownership of the land must be sorted out asap and compensations paid - those who sold the land to these two fellows must also be held liable.May his soul rest in peace. Why cant things be done properly and in the correct manner in Ghana, a country who claims to be a leader in Africa. All sectors of Ghanaian institutions are very very corrupt, even the Police service and some of the lower courts' personnels...those who cause the untimely death of others through corruption and personal greed watch out one day you will surely meet judgement.
THE DR.IS WICKED.
